Rob Disner
Rob Disner was born in Detroit, Michigan. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he majored in Music Production and Engineering. After college, he spent time in Los Angeles working at various recording studios, including the Record Plant, and Ocean Way/Record One. Projects he was involved with in Los Angeles include two years of studio work on Michael Jackson’s “Dangerous” album.
In 2014, Rob moved to Atlanta, GA. He is currently freelancing at Turner Studios, where he records the hosted intros and outros for Turner Classic Movies with host Ben Mankiewicz among others. He also works as a union boom operator for feature films, and as a freelance sound mixer on documentaries, corporate projects and EPK packages for upcoming TV shows. He is married to his wife Edye, and lives in Dunwoody, GA.
